Singer Elton John has denied the reports that Lady Gaga will be the godmother of his son Zachary.
The Rocket Man star became a dad on Christmas Day when baby Zachary was born via a surrogate.
Speaking to UK newspaper Sunday Mirror, he said: 'There are no plans to add to the brood - we're getting used to having one baby. And Lady Gaga isn't godmother - that's just speculation - we haven't even decided on anything like that yet.'
Before the Oscars, where Elton hosted his annual AIDS Foundation Oscars Viewing Party, took place, the new family took a holiday in Hawaii.
He said: 'We got back Saturday morning from our first family holiday and it was fantastic. Zachary went on the beach, in the pool and on a hike with us. It was fantastic and he just loved it.'

New Dad Elton John: “Lady Gaga won’t be the Godmother.”
http://www.deanpiper.com/index.php/2011/03/08/new-dad-elton-john-lady-gaga-wont-be-the-godmother/Elton John is the proudest man alive now that he and partner David Furnish have baby Zachary in their lives. The legendary star couldn’t help but gush about being a father when I met him at his legendary AIDS Foundation Oscars Viewing party last week. He beamed: “We got back Saturday morning from our first family holiday and it was fantastic. Zachary went on the beach, in the pool and on a hike with us. It was fantastic and he just loved it. He’s already a great traveller.
“David and myself alternate the late nights and the nappies. But to be honest he’s sleeping brilliantly.
But Uncle Elton laughed at speculation that Lady Gaga is going to be the Godmother and that he’s already hoping to add to his brood. He said: “There are no plans to add to the brood – we’re getting used to having one baby. And Lady Gaga isn’t Godmother – that’s just speculation – we haven’t even decided on anything like that yet.”
Elton also wished Cheryl Cole luck with her move to the States for US X Factor. He revealed: “Cheryl will do well coming to the US. I’ve never met her but I wish her all the best with the US X Factor if she does it. I know I could never do that and judge on a show like that. I can’t be horrible to people – not new people. I don’t want to judge talent and break dreams.” Good for you, Elt.
ELTON JOHN loves football (encore).
Elton John has own librarian for CD collection

Sir Elton John has revealed that his CD collection is so humongous that he has a librarian take care of it.
"I had a new room built with industrial holders on rollers to keep them in," the Daily Star quoted him as saying.
"I have a librarian to look after them.
"What if I want to hear something obscure and it's not there? I'll go nuts," he added.
Shrewsbury Elton John concert safety fears allayed
Tuesday 8th March 2011, 7:09PM GMT.Bosses at Shrewsbury Town FC today moved to reassure the public after health and safety concerns were raised about Sir Elton John’s big summer concert at the stadium.
Councillor Jon Tandy, Shropshire Council ward member for Sutton, revealed yesterday that he had called for a bid for planning permission for the concert to be discussed by the authority’s planning committee. He said he had “big” concerns about issues including parking, pedestrian safety and disruption to local residents ahead of the event, which is predicted to attract a crowd of more than 17,000 to the club’s Greenhous Meadow on June 12.
The planning application will be discussed by the council’s central planning committee at a meeting on Thursday.
But Ian Bebbington, the commercial operations manager for Shrewsbury Town FC, today said that the club was working on robust health and safety measures which would be included within the planning conditions.
He said: “Initially it’s going to the planning committee this week but we also have to obtain a safety certificate through the safety advisory group which is made up of a number of different partners including the local authority and emergency services.
“We also have to produce a health and safety management plan which is being worked up now.
“The football club is working with the promoter in preparing a detailed management plan which will form part of a condition of any planning approval,” he added.
Mr Bebbington said a traffic management plan for the event would also have to be ratified by a liaison committee before the concert could go ahead.
He said: “All of the concerns will be addressed by the safety management plan.”
The planning application for temporary use of the stadium between June 5 and 18 for operations to facilitate the preparation/staging and de-rigging of a music concert is being recommended for approval by council officers ahead of Thursday’s meeting.
